Chapter II FARMERS' ORGANISATIONS
Statutory text
- (1) There shall be a Project Committee called by its distinct name for every Project area declared under section 9.
- (2) The President of every Distributary Committee in the Project area shall be the member of such Project Committee, ex-officio, and all such members shall constitute the general body for such Project Committee.
