Formation of association of apartment owners

On registration of the bye-laws with the competent authority, the apartment owners shall form an association of the apartment owners for a building as per the bye laws: Provided that in respect of buildings in existence on the date of commencement of this Act, wherein there is a single association for a building, such association shall be deemed to be the association of that building under this Act.
