Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.

Power to exempt The Government, may, by order, exempt any building or class of buildings from all or any of the provisions of this Act or from any rules made thereunder, subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed.
