Disposal of land and other property by the Authority

The disposal of any land acquired by the Government and transferred to the Authority under section 63 or any land transferred to the Authority under section 53 or any land transferred to it under sections 65, 66 or any other land with or without carrying out development thereon, or any other immovable property belonging to the Authority, shall be done in accordance with the rules made for the purpose in this behalf.
