Black-listing of dealers.

(1) The prescribed authority may, on proof of complaint or malpractice or any other offence committed under this Act, for reasons to be recorded, black-list a dealer, after taking into consideration the nature of malpractice or the gravity of offence for such period as the prescribed authority deem fit. (2) The particulars of a dealer black-listed shall be exhibited at conspicuous places in all tourist areas or spots and notified to all travel, trade and other organisations after the order black-listing him has become final. (3) Notwithstanding action taken under sub-section (1), the dealer shall be liable to be prosecuted under the provisions of law if deemed necessary.
