Power to inspect.

The prescribed authority or any person authorised by him in this behalf or any other lawful authority may within the tourist area, inspect at all reasonable times, the premises in which a dealer or a travel agent carries on his business or any premises where a hotel is operated and require such dealer, travel agent or a hotel-keeper to produce any document kept in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
