Power to amend the schedule

(1) The Governing council may, with the previous approval of the Pro-Chancellor and the State Government, by notification amend either prospectively or retrospectively the Schedule. (2) A copy of the Notification made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the Legislature as soon as may be, after it is made. All connactsrelatru tothe Nlanagementand administration of tile Univer- sityshall be expressed to have been made by the Executive Committee, and shall be ex-ecutedby Vlce-Chancellorwhen the value of the contract ls above ten lakbs of rupees and by;theRegistrar~when itsvalue does not exceed ten lakhs of rupees.
