Offences

(1) Non-compliance of provisions of Sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 26, 32 and 33 or any other provisions under this Act and the rules made thereunder shall be an offence. (2) Any offence or offences under sub-section (1) may either before or after receiving of complaint, be compounded by the Registering or Licensing Officer and Labour Inspectors as may be authorized in this behalf to compound any or all the offences on payment for credit to the State Government of minimum amount of fine which shall not be less than rupees two thousand five hundred from the person concerned who is accused of committing the offence or offences.
