Act not to apply where small quantities of inflammable articles are deposited

(1) Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to apply to buildings or places where small quantities of any of the articles referred to in clause (h) of section 2 are deposited. (2) The State Government may, from time to time, declare by notification in the Official Gazette, quantities of articles referred to in clause (h) of section 2 which shall be deemed to be small quantities within the meaning of this section.
