Change in occupation.

Whenever a change in the occupation of any warehouse or workshop occurs, the person entering into occupation of the same shall, within two weeks of his entering into occupation, give notice in writing to the Gangtok Municipal Corporation, or as the case may be, the Local Self Government Department of such change of occupation, and shall pay a fee of Rs. 10 and his name shall thereupon be substituted in the licence in respect of the warehouse or workshop for the name or the last occupier.
