The Executive Council
The National Law University, Jodhpur Act, 1999(1) The Executive Council shall be the Chief Executive body of the University. (2) The administration, management and control of the University shall be vested with the Executive Council, which shall control and administer the property and funds of the University. (3) The composition of the Executive Council shall be such as is specified in the Schedule. The Executive Council may be regulation provide for reservation in the admission to undergraduate and post graduate students in the University exempting super specialty courses, such number of seats for schedule casts and schedule tribes students as may be provided in the Regulation.\nProvided that the University may enroll applicants from such categories in a year but not qualifying for admission in that year into a “one year” preparatory course at the end of which they may be admitted into the regular course next year in pursuance of the regulation provided for the purpose.
