Finance Committee

Statutory text
- (1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-
- (a) the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee;
- (b) the Principal Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Finance Department, or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary to the Government;
- (c) the Principal Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Youth Affairs and Sports Department, or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary to the Government;
- (d) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;
- (e) one member of the Board, to be nominated by the Board from amongst its non-official members;
- (f) two professors, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board; and
- (g) the Comptroller, who shall be the Member-Secretary of the Committee.
- (2) The term of office of the members nominated under clauses (e) and (f) of sub-section (1) shall be two years.
