Composition and functions of the Faculties

Statutory text
- (1) There shall be such Faculties in the University as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
- (2) Each Faculty shall consist of the following:-
- (a) Dean of the Faculty - Chairman;
- (b) University professors of the subjects assigned to the Faculty;
- (c) Chairmen of the Boards of Studies in the Faculty; and
- (d) two external experts nominated by the Academic Council.
- (3) The faculty shall perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
