Amendment of section 313, Central Act No. 2 of 1974.- In sub-section

1. (1) of section 313 of the principal Act, after the existing proviso, the following new proviso shall be added, namely:- " Provided further that when the accused is present through the medium of audio-video electronic means, he may, at the discretion of the court, be examined under this sub-section through such medium of audio-video electronic means.".
