Amendment of section 195, Central Act No. 2 of 1974.- In clause

1. (a) of sub-section

1. (1) of section 195 of the principal Act, for the existing expression “except on the complaint in writing of the public servant concerned or of some other public servant to whom he is administratively subordinate”, the expression “except on the complaint in writing of the public servant concerned or of some other public servant, who is administratively subordinate to, and is authorized in writing by, the public servant concerned, or of some other public servant to whom the public servant concerned is administratively subordinate” shall be substituted.
