Short title, extent and commencement.-
- (1) This Act may be called the Code of Criminal Procedure (Rajasthan Amendment) Act, 2017.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 10th July, 2017.
