Gram Sabha to recover dues as arrears of land revenue

Any arrear of land revenue, cesses, rates, or taxes or any other sum due to the Gram Sabha by way of contribution or otherwise, shall, on a certificate issued by the Gram Sabha, be recovered as an arrear of land revenue and paid to the Gram Sabha.
