Officers and servants of Gram Sabha

A Gram Sabha may appoint- (a) a Secretary who shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by regulations or as may be delegated to him by the President; (b) such other officers and servants as may be necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.
