Bar of jurisdiction in certain cases.
The Rajasthan Goods (Control of Production, Supply, Distribution and Trade and Commerce) Act, 2014Whenever any declared goods are seized in pursuance of an order made under section 5 in relation thereto, or any package, covering or receptacle in which such declared goods are found, or any animal, vehicle, vessel or other conveyance used in carrying such declared goods are seized during the pendency of the forfeiture under section 8, the Collector or, as the case may be, the State Government under section 10 shall have the jurisdiction to make orders with regard to the custody, delivery, use, release or distribution of such declared goods, package, covering, receptacle, animal, vehicle, vessel or other conveyance and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law for the time being in force, no court, tribunal or other authority shall have such jurisdiction.
