Board to be local authority under Central Act 1 of 1894 and Central Act 9 of 1914

For the purposes of the Local Authorities Loans Act, 1914, the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and the Punjab Public Premises and Land (Eviction and Rent Recovery )Act, 1973, the Board shall be deemed to be a local authority controlled by the Government.
