Incorporation of the University

The University shall be a body corporate known by the name of the Punjab University having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire and hold property, movable and immovable, to transfer the same, to contract and to do all other things necessary for the purpose of its constitution and may sue in, or be sued by, its corporate name.
