Resignation or removal of Ordinary Fellows

Statutory text
- (1) Any Ordinary Fellow may, by letter addressed to the Chancellor, resign office.
- (2) Where any Ordinary Fellow has not attended a meeting of the Senate, other than a Convocation, during the period of one year, the Chancellor may declare his office to be vacated.
- (3) The Chancellor may, on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor, cancel the appointment of any Fellow who has been nominated by him as a Fellow because of his holding an office which he has since vacated.
