Permission to increase rent on account of reclamation

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, it shall be lawful for an owner of land whose land is included in the reclaimable area to enhance the rent payable by a tenant of such land after its reclamation by such amount, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
