Restoration of Land

On the expiry of the period of temporary occupation of land or on the reclamation of the land in accordance with the reclamation scheme, whichever is earlier, the Collector shall, on a report received in this behalf, from the Land Reclamation Officer, restore the land to the owner thereof in the manner prescribed.
