Filling up of emergent vacancies

Any vacancy, which may arise in the membership of any authority or body of the University, shall be filled in, as early as possible, by the person or body who had appointed or nominated such a member of such authority or body and the person, in whose place he is appointed or nominated, shall continue for the remaining period of the term of such member, as the case may be.
