The Finance Committee

(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely :- (i) the Vice-Chancellor: Chairperson; (ii) the Dean, Academic Affairs: Member; (iii) the Registrar: Member; (iv) two persons nominated by the Trust out of whom one shall be a financial expert: Members; and (v) the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer: Member-Secretary. (2) The members nominated by the Trust shall hold office for a period of two years.
