Sections 17 and 18 not to apply to certain property and tenants

Nothing contained in section 17 or section 18 shall affect any land which is evacuee property, as defined in the Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950 (XXXI of 1950), or of any other land which may at any time be acquired by the Central Government for resettlement of displaced persons.
