Form of Agreement

(see section 4) (to be typed on Bond Paper in three copies, on each for the Landlord, the Tenant and the Registering Authority). AGREEMENT This agreement is made between _______________Owner/ Authorised Attorney/Landlord of _________and__________ lessee (tenant) on_________ day of__________ (month and year) for letting out of premises on the following terms and conditions, namely: - (i) The tenancy will be for a period of________ months/years.
