Transmission of order to the prescribed authority and its publication

On receipt of an order, made by the Election Tribunal, under section 87 or section 88, the Commission shall, besides publishing the order in the Official Gazette, also forward copy thereof to the Secretary to Government, Punjab, Department of Local Government.
