Declaration of Punjab Fire and Emergency Service to be an essential service to the community

Without prejudice to the provisions of any other law of the State of Punjab on the subject for the time being in force, the Punjab Fire and Emergency Service shall be considered as an essential service to the community unless the Government may, by notification, decide otherwise.
