Grant of incentives for outstanding service

To encourage outstanding members of the Service who have shown exceptional gallantry and devotion to duty in saving the life and property, the Director may, either suo moto or upon a recommendation from the local authority, and with the prior approval of the Government, grant such incentives and rewards, as may be prescribed.
