Inspection of pandals

A Nominated Authority may enter the pandal and inspect it to ascertain the state of compliance with fire prevention and life safety measures therein. Where shortcomings are observed, the Fire Officer shall issue a notice directing the owner to remove such shortcomings within a specified time period.
