Ejectment of Bhudan holder on breach of conditions

If any Bhudan holder commits a breach of any of the conditions in section 25, the Revenue Officer may after such enquiry as he deems fit determine the right the holder and the land shall thereupon vest in the Board without affecting his liability to pay the arrears of land revenue recoverable from him.
