Tahsil Committee

Statutory text
  1. (1) The Board may, for any Tahsil where it considers it necessary so to do, constitute Tahsil committees consisting of not less than three and not more than seven members to be appointed by the Board.
  2. (2) The Tahsil Committee may delegate any of its powers and functions under the Act to any member or to a sub-committee of three or more of its members.
