Salary and allowances, etc., of the Speaker.

(1) The Speaker shall be paid such salary, compensatory allowance, contingency allowance, constituency allowance, daily allowance, conveyance and travelling allowance as are provided for a Minister under the Salaries and Allowances of Ministers (Puducherry) Act, 1964. (2) The Speaker shall also be entitled to all amenities including those regarding residence and motor car and repayable advance for purchase of motor car as are provided for a Minister.
