Prohibition of plying hand-carts without licence

(1) No person shall ply any hand-cart or carriage to be notified by the municipal council in any public street or place except under and in accordance with a licence granted under the bye-laws made by the council in this behalf.

1. (2) The council or any other municipal officer authorised by him in this behalf may seize any hand-carts or carriages used in contravention of sub-section (1). CHAPTER – XIII BUILDING REGULATIONS General powers
