Compensation to Tenants

1. (See section 28) The amount payable to any tenant under section 28 shall be one-eighth of the fair rent for the land calculated in the manner specified in paragraph 4 of Part I of Schedule -I. 2. Out of the said amount, three-fourths shall be paid to the cultivating tenant and one-fourth to the intermediary, if any.
