Certain claims for arrears of rent not to be enforced against Government

No claim of any person to any arrear of rent or any other amount accrued or due in respect of any land for the period prior to the date of taking possession of such land under section 32 shall be enforced by any court whether in execution of a decree or otherwise against the Government or against any person holding the land under the Government.
