Transmission to the Board of representation by the concerned local authority or planning authority as to housing or improvement scheme

The local authority or planning authority to which a copy of a notice has been sent under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 40 shall, within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt thereof forward to the Board, any representation which the local authority or planning authority as the case may be, may wish to make regarding the scheme.
