Publication in leading daily newspapers

Whenever it is provided by this Act or any rule or regulation made or scheme sanctioned thereunder that any notice, scheme, notification or any other document shall be published in leading daily newspapers, such notice, scheme, notification or other document shall be published, as far as possible, in at least one English daily newspaper and in two daily newspapers in Tamil in circulation in the area to which such notice, scheme, notification or other document relates.
