Cognizance of offence under this Act

(1) No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act or any rule or regulation made of scheme sanctioned thereunder unless a complaint of such offence is made by the Chairman within six months, next after the commission thereof. (2) No court inferior to that of a magistrate of the first class shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
