Amendment to Section 8

In the Principal Act, in Section 8, in sub-section (5), after the words “take part in the proceedings of”, the words “the senate and” and after the words “recorded in the proceeding of the Syndicate”, the words and common “or the senate, as the case may be” shall, respectively, be inserted.
