Amendment to Section 4

In the Principal Act, in Section 4, for sub-section (3), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:─ “(3) the following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:─

1. (i) the senate;
2. (ii) the Syndicate;
3. (iii) the Academic Council;
4. (iv) the Finance Committee;
5. (v) Building and works Committee; and
6. (vi) such other authorities as may be declared by the statute to be the Authorities of the University.”
