Competent Authority

5.1 The competent authority to sanction Voluntary Retirement is the Chairman-Cum-Managing Director / Chairman. 5.2 Government in Administrative Department in consultation with Government in Public Enterprises Department and Chairman-Cum-Managing Director / Chairman of the Corporation / Company may at any time withdraw, cancel, amend or modify any of the provision of the scheme.
