Application of the Limitation Act, 1963

(1) Sections 6 to 9 of the Limitation Act, 1963 shall not apply to suits, appeals or applications under this Act. (2) Except as declared in sub-section (1), or as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of the Limitation Act, 1963, shall apply to all proceedings under this Act as if a certificate filed hereunder were a decree of a Civil Court.
