Persons under disability

Where the Certificate Officer is satisfied that the certificate-debtor is a minor or of unsound mind, he shall, in any proceeding under this Act, permit him to be represented by his natural guardian or guardian appointed by a Court or in the absence of any such guardian any suitable person. Where a sale of immovable property is set aside, any money paid or deposited by the purchaser on account of the purchase, together with the penalty (if any) referred to in clause (b) of section 27, and such interest as the Certificate Officer may allow, shall be paid to the purchaser.
