Chapter IV MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Statutory text
- (1) No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer or other employee of the University for anything, which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of the provision of this Act or the Regulations.
- (2) Nothing in sub-section
- (1) shall be a bar for filing suits, prosecution or other legal proceedings for anything done in contravention of the provision of this Act and the Regulations made thereunder.
