Chapter III AUTHORITIES AND OFFICERS OF THE UNIVERSITY

Statutory text
  1. (1) The Secretary of the Sponsoring Body shall be the President of the University and he may designate, by order in writing, any member of the Board to act as the President of the University in his absence for such period as he may specify, who may be called the designated President.
  2. (2) The President shall chair all meetings of the Board.
  3. (3) The President shall preside over the Convocation of the University.
  4. (4) The President shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by this Act or the Regulations.
