Chapter III AUTHORITIES AND OFFICERS OF THE UNIVERSITY

- (1) The Controller of Examinations shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in such manner, on such emoluments and such other conditions of services and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions, as may be prescribed in the Regulations.
