Any person who not being a Nurse. Lady Health Visitor. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife Female Health -Worker registered wider ihisAct, assumes or uses the name or tule of Registered Nurse. Lady Health Visitor, Auxiliary Nurse Midwives / Female Health Worker or uses any name, title, addition, description or signboard implying that such person is a Registered Nurse, Lady Health Visitor, Auxiliary Nurse Midwtfe Female Health Worker as the case may be, shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend up to2 years and table toa fine orboth.
